About LIV Trust Accounting Online Software

 

The Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) is the state's peak body for lawyers and those who work with them in the legal sector. The LIV's purpose is to be a dynamic leader and innovator of the legal profession; support and inform members; raise the profile and standing of the legal profession and advocate justice for all.

The LIV Trust Accounting Online Software provides practices with an easy, compliant and cost-effective solution for recording trust accounting transactions.

Set-up Cost

To set up your practice we charge a once-off set up fee of $385 (incl GST). This fee covers the initial set-up and training, including:

  • Set up of your software account
  • Creating a log-on ready access for up to 20 users
  • Up to two hours of software training for two users
  • Software manual

Monthly Subscription Fee

As a member of the LIV you will receive a discount on the monthly subscription fee for the entire time you maintain your LIV membership paying. The monthly subscription fee is $77 per month (incl GST).

For non-members/members of interstate associations the monthly subscription fee is $93.50 (incl GST)

Cancelling Your Subscription

If you wish to cancel your subscription there is a once off cancellation fee of $550 (incl GST). The Law Institute of Victoria is required to store your data for 7 years. During this time your data is accessible but cannot be changed.

System Requirements

The LIV Trust Accounting Online System is accessed from your system browser. This cloud based software works on both Mac and PC. This software can be used in any browser although Chrome is recommended for optimal performance. For best performance please ensure your browsers are up to date.
